1. Check the light above. Green means the scrape button works. Orange means this copy cannot scrape: the team URL and the plain file have no engine behind them. Scraping only runs from Alvin's Mac.
2. If it is orange, here is the switch (on the Mac). In Finder, go to Documents > AI Consultant (Baseline) > client-dashboard and double-click Start Dashboard. A small black Terminal window opens (leave it open, it is the engine) and the dashboard opens at a localhost address; scrape from that tab. Leads sync to the whole team through the cloud either way. Close the black window when done.
3. Pick a brand category and a target area. Your priority areas (Bandar Tasik Puteri, Puncak Alam) are at the top of the area list. Choose "Other..." in either list to type your own.
4. Set how established the brand must be. "Minimum reviews 200+" keeps real operations and drops the tiny stalls. Leave "Must have a website" ticked; a brand with no website is not worth a Baseline pitch.
5. Emails are optional. Ticking "find a contact email" makes the run roughly twice as long, because it visits each brand's website afterwards.
6. Click Start scrape and wait. Progress appears line by line below the button. About 15 results takes a few minutes. Getting fewer than you asked for is normal; it means the filters rejected the weak ones.
7. Choose who gets in. The finished list appears as a checklist. Untick anyone you do not want, then click Add selected. Only ticked ones become clients, landing in the Funnel's Lead column. Anyone already in your client list shows greyed out, so no doubles.
8. Work the funnel. Go to the Funnel tab and drag each new Lead card to its true stage as you contact them.

Keep runs under 40 and space them out; hammering Google gets you temporarily blocked. If you see "Results feed not found", that is the block, wait an hour and run a smaller batch. Mistakes are safe: adding leads is one Undo away.
